A classic dish made in the classic fashion. We make our Premium Crab Cakes by hand, with sweet jumbo lump crabmeat (the prime crabmeat available). We add a touch of mayonnaise, our secret blend of seasonings, and golden Ritz cracker crumbs for a rich, tender crab cake that is literally bursting with the sweet flavor of crab. This is one of our original recipes, dating back to our first crab shack on the beach. Flash frozen to preserve the delicately balanced flavors, each crab cake is 4 ounces.
