Hi Phillps people, Just want you to know how wonderful we think your crab cakes are. Last year my sister in law gave us a box and the hunt for an awesome crab cake was over, I can't be persuaded to try any other brand, yours are the best.
Our family still cooks and bakes the old fashioned way which is from scratch. Rarely do we eat frozen products and when we do try something frozen, we usually don't care for it. My Mother Josephine will be calling to tell you that she feels the same way. Thanks for sharing your familys great crab cake recipe.

Just a note to say... I love the Maryland Style Crab Cakes.
My neighbors are from Maryland and had a couple of boxes of your Phillips Seafood Restaurants, Maryland Style, Crab Cakes. I think they brought them back from a recent trip to Maryland. Well, they invited us over and we ate the crab cakes. They were wonderful!!! My neighbors explained to me that the crab meat that you used is the very best on the crab.

Finally, a company that delivers. I am originally from Biloxi, Mississippi
where I was spoiled on fresh Blue Crab, fresh shrimp, flounder, oysters,
etc. I can't tell you how excited I am to finally find a product that comes
in a close second behind my Mother's crab cakes. Living in Colorado--- I
never expected to find such a wonderful food item, chocked full of crab
meat, rather than heavy on the bread mixture. Thank you-Thank you for
creating an excellent product. The only thing that I would do differently is
cut down on the salt a bit so that the natural flavor of the crab can come
through a bit more. You can bet that I will be trying other Phillips food
items in the future.
